Andy, Margaret and Jamie Sutherland really look forward to welcoming you to La Rose de l’Isle. Purchasing the former farmhouse to run this gîte complex has been the realisation of a life long dream for all of us.
Andy and Margaret have both worked for many years in sales in the IT industry and so understand the need for good customer service and satisfaction. It was because of this that they dreamed of running their own business together, to be able to offer the level of service they themselves would expect. But it is not just a matter of making sure everything is perfect for you our guests, we want you to really feel welcome, as part of a very friendly family who enjoy meeting new people, making new friends and sharing our home, for that is what La Rose de l’Isle is, our home.
Andy enjoys rugby, cooking, music and drinking some of the excellent local wines. Margaret is a keen gardener, and enjoys flower arranging and decorating as well as being trained in massage and reflexology. Jamie is a very keen sportsman who really loves his rugby, cricket, basketball and now skiing. In order to get to know all of our guests we organise a ‘Meet & Greet’ night on Mondays during high season where everyone has a chance to meet their fellow holiday makers, and enjoy a drink down by the pool at La Rose Retabli (The Rose Revived) our pool bar. There will be a barbecue, paella night or even Tex-Mex evening so give yourselves a night away from cooking and join us.
